We Provide Support

To ensure a smooth and successful transition into one of our residences, we are happy to assist new tenants to meet with their supervising officer and ensure their felony registration. We will help them secure their identification and get settled into their new home. Additionally, our community partnerships offer healthcare, educational, and employment opportunities for tenants.

Make a Reservation

Housing that is preapproved to meet the conditions, requirements, and restrictions of an offender's sentence has a higher demand than supply. Get signed up today with no cost or obligation using our online application form. Home is just a click away.

How Our Process Works

For your convenience, we have created an application form that is short, free of cost, and available in several versions:

Applications are assigned to a housing specialist who will initiate contact with the Department of Corrections and other service providers. This is to assess an applicant's release plan. An offender's goals, conditions, and restrictions are all considered, which helps us house our tenants appropriately, in compliance with their sanctions, and with the approval of the Department of Corrections.

Once the Department of Corrections verifies that our proposed address meets the sanctions of the offender's sentence, that's it! We remain in communication with the DOC Release Officer and other concerning parties as we move closer to the release day. Please note that intake day at Offender Housing is typically jam-packed with checking-in at probation, felony registration, and getting identification. But no worries, we help with all that too!

Testimonial

"My sex offender housing restrictions limited where I could live and as my release date got closer with nowhere to go, I started to panic. My wife called Offender Housing and they were able to find an approved residence, picked me up from DOC and now my life is back on track!"
